About Us
7RC was established in 2020 by Thomas Hutter. A 15 Year Member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Local 495 and over 20 years experience in the construction industry.
Coming up through the trades as a working hand and then moving into supervision. From there I learned how to estimate and manage projects. Which lead me into becoming a project manager for a local contractor in the Commercial and industrial field.
I started to notice a decline of contractors in the residential, commercial, and service plumbing industry. Also with a high demand in the Residential construction market at the beginning of the pandemic. Which led us to start 7RC in the plumbing and contracting industry.
